Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, I went to university to study Communication, minoring in Advertising & Design. Soon after beginning my career I realised I had a keen eye for graphic design.

I went from basic web design (Fireworks & Dreamweaver days…), to animated infographics and webpages (when Flash was hot, remember?), which led me to traveling and eventually moving to Australia. In Sydney, I had the opportunity to transition into the UX design industry – it was a natural evolution for me.

I enjoyed my consulting days, which gave me the experience necessary to become a senior product designer. In recent years, my passion has been to help businesses build intuitive products that solve real problems and delight their customers.

Simplicity and elegance are pillars of my work – focus on the problem at hand and what has to be done to solve it. Design, test, learn… iterate!

On a personal side, I’m an easy-going guy who loves to work with interesting products and collaborate with people. One of the things I hear often from colleagues is I'm easy to work with and always have a positive attitude.

Outside work, you'd find me often with my dog (Larry, a crazy but awesome Lab who is currently 1.5 years old) and spending time with my partner, family and friends. I have a few hobbies, mainly snowboarding, sim-racing and, more recently, training my dog to be less crazy and have fun.
